Unexpected Moscow: sophisticated apartment with black walls and classic moldings (80 sqm)

Due to the caution and prejudice of our people towards black in decor, homes in very dark colors are almost never found in the works by Russian and Ukrainian designers. And this is why our today’s story about an apartment in one of Moscow’s new buildings is even more interesting. Here the client himself expressed a desire to get a chamber and gloomy interior in dark colors, which the owner’s family considers very attractive and cozy. Designer Julia Sheipunas was glad to take up the challenge, adding some drama with a help of a color scheme to the exquisite spaces with moldings, bright art and designer furniture. Such a bold and stylish home!
