This home in Hawaii has a unique location – it is just a couple of meters from a beautiful black sand beach. The unusual charcoal color has gone to the sand due to volcanic eruptions that occur on the islands. The house was built many years ago, but due to inadequate care, it fell into disrepair. The current owners were not afraid of the amount of work, moreover, they were captivated by the location and privacy of the villa. Now there are two buildings – the main one with a living room, kitchen and bedroom and a guest cottage with three more bedrooms. The renovated houses made of wood and metal fit perfectly into the landscape and literally merge with the black earth and green hills. Amazing home and place!
