Lina and Markus drove many times near this unusual old house in the suburb of Lund, Sweden, and each time they told themselves that it would be nice to live here. And then one day they plucked up courage and knocked on the door. “If you ever decide to sell your house, we are interested,” they said to the owners. A year later, the couple received a long-awaited call and were finally able to acquire their dream home.
