Luxurious minimalism overlooking the sea: Domes Zeen hotel in Crete

The designers of Domes Zeen hotel in Crete wanted to create a modern village atmosphere in the hotel’s interiors: minimalism, natural materials, earthy colors and unity with Mediterranean nature. And they did it all with great style. There are 102 rooms in the complex, but the highlight of the hotel is the villas with their own terrace and outdoor rain showers, and some of them even have a swimming pool. Domes Zeen’s warm, enveloping interiors combine local stone, dark wood, rattan objects, handcrafted furniture and large windows that let in the most of the southern sun. Dense Mediterranean vegetation adds softness and allows you to dissolve in the embrace of nature. The hotel has several restaurants, a bar, a spa, its own shop, a large black tiled pool, a lounge area and a yoga pavilion. Most importantly, there is a path leading to the hotel’s private beach. Perfect!
