For many years, this luxurious ancient stone mansion in Croatia was empty. And then it fell into the caring hands of Andreas, who started a large-scale reconstruction and helped the house find a new life. Now in Stanzia Vinella (this name was given to the villa), anyone can stay. And there is so much to enjoy here: rustic rooms with beamed ceilings, an antique fireplace and breathtaking valley views. The restoration was carried out in accordance with strict Croatian laws on the protection of architectural monuments. To preserve the original look of the house as much as possible, Andreas worked with local bricklayers and used old recycled materials in the project. The owner also approached the improvement of the territory with all his love. The pool water is cleaned without the use of chemicals, and vineyards, olives and a garden surround the house again, just like decades ago!
