Initially, the design of this apartment in a beautiful 1966 Stalinist building in Kyiv, Ukraine, was conceived as minimalistic and calm. But after the start of work, under a thick layer of plaster, the designers of Dubrovksa Studio discovered classic stucco molding on the ceiling and authentic brickwork on some walls. The authors of the project did not doubt for a second that all this beauty should be kept, so the design was completely rethought taking into account the new circumstances. As a result, the home turned out to be more contrasting and bold, but very stylish and with a twist. Very good work!
