This large townhouse in Mallorca, with a total area of 600 sqm, was built over a hundred years ago. Since then, it has served as a shoe factory, office, apartment building and even the residence of the mayor of the city. Recently, the design team completely refurbished it and turned it into a stylish seven-bedroom residence. First, the issues with communications were resolved: surprisingly, all these years in a large building there was only one bathroom. The interiors are designed in muted cream tones that go well with wood and natural stone tiles. Most of the furniture is made by local craftsmen, also some nice vintage pieces can be found throughout the home. Beautiful project!
