Elegant modern design and classic touches: apartment in tenement building in St. Petersburg

We just love the signature style of designer Vladimir Berezin, who creates charming projects of small apartments in old buildings in St. Petersburg (we have already posted about this and this work of his). Until recently, Vladimir’s portfolio included only objects of not more than 50 sqm, but in his new project, the designer worked with a home of a different scale – a spacious apartment in an old tenement building in the heart of St. Petersburg. The clients live permanently in Paris and wanted to feel like home in this apartment – the historical architecture and gorgeous characteristics were the ideal basis for creating a similar dwelling. The interiors have turned out to be elegant and restrained, and classic elements have been harmoniously integrated into the modern look. Enjoy!
