Minimalist home in japandi style in New York state

The Japandi style is a hybrid of Scandinavian design and Japanese minimalism, which has become popular recently. This was the approach that studio Stewart Schafer chose for this home in the state of New York. The interiors look great with simple built-in furniture and white and gray colors combined with natural wood, while the open plan and abundance of light only enhance the effect. An unusual blue shade, in which the walls of the second living room are painted, also perfectly fits into the space; it is in full harmony with the light wood. The space turned out to be uncluttered, which allows to focus on the main thing – the beautiful view over the large windows!
