Glass walls and wood beams: unusual forest house in Connecticut

The first thing you notice when you see this forest house in Connecticut is the unusual architecture. The home was built in 1984 and is an interesting mixture of glass walls, high ceilings and wooden beams. Thanks to this, the inner space is literally bathed in natural light, and in general looks impressive. During a recent renovation, studio Stewart-Schafer tried to preserve the 80s spirit by diluting modern furniture and decor with retro items. It turned out bright and cozy!
