The thing is that the dwelling comes with its own terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room – a great bonus, you must admit. But the apartment itself is far from ordinary or typical: it occupies gorgeous premises of a former factory, hence the ceilings of more than 4 meters, large windows, open space.
