Life, work and leisure on 50 sqm: architect’s tiny house in New Zealand

New Zealand designer Andrew Simpson has built for himself a very unusual home for rest and work. Its main feature is a location in a hard-to-reach place on a slope, as well as a very small total area of 50 sq. m. Here Andrew managed to design a full-fledged living unit with a small kitchen, sleeping on the mezzanine and even a relatively spacious study, which has all the conditions to create. The decision to make one of the walls completely of glass was absolutely correct – it not only visually expanded the internal space of the house but also allows the owners to freely enjoy the views for many kilometers. Many books, harmoniously integrated into the interior, only add a sense of coziness to this wonderful house. Enjoy!
