Moody attic apartment in old canal house in Amsterdam

The first mention of the beautiful canal house, in which this attic apartment in Amsterdam is located, has been found since the end of the 17th century – you can only imagine what kind of history its premises are saturated with. The building has been reconstructed several times, and the last renovation happened just a few years ago. This apartment occupies the last two floors of the townhouse, with the unique open space of the living room with kitchen is located under the roof. The designers made it moody with the help of dramatic dark colors in the design – with beams and sloped ceilings, it looks very impressive. It is worth mentioning that the house comes with a quiet, cozy backyard, which is very useful in a big city!
