Modern home of art collector’s apartment in Buenos Aires

The bright apartment of designer and collector Matty Costa Paz is located on the first floor of a historic building built in Buenos Aires in 1929. The most successful layout of the home presented the owner with magnificent arches, elegant windows and even stained-glass windows. With the new design, Matty wanted to highlight these original elements while creating a great backdrop for his art collection. The snow-white interiors with black accents are not overloaded with furniture or color accents: everything looks clean and elegant – while the central place in the apartment is given to paintings. Minimalistic works fit in as organically as possible and became full-fledged residents of the house. A great example of how naturally works of art can be integrated into the interior!
