The building in which this duplex apartment in Manhattan is located was built in the 19th century, and a hotel functioned here for almost 100 years. In the late 1980s, a major reconstruction was carried out, as a result of which the house was converted into residential apartments. Designers from Worrell Yeung were tasked with transforming an outdated flat with akward layout into a light, modern home with industrial elements for a young family.
