The main design idea of this compact apartment in Kyiv is functionality because architects of Balbeck Bureau had to design a full-fledged two-room apartment on mere 38 sq. m. Therefore, literally every square centimeter of housing is was used to the fullest, there are many cool tricks for storing and saving space in the interiors.
