Small prefabricated house in California with Japanese aesthetics and view terrace (60 sqm)

Prefabricated houses in our time are becoming more and more popular due to their simplicity and practicality – they can be produced at the factory and assembled on the site in the shortest possible time. Today is just a story about one such project in California by Connect Homes studio. It is a two-story building with living spaces on the upper level and a garage on the lower level. As conceived by the clients, the interior design combines the natural aesthetics of the Japanese style and the lightness of the Scandinavian approach. Well, a terrace overlooking the forest and the city is a nice bonus to this very compact but cozy home. Enjoy!
