Eva and Christian bought an old 19th-century farm in the cornfields of Sweden 9 years ago with the idea of creating a cozy weekend getaway with an eye on permanent retirement. The house had everything they wanted: original barn architecture with high ceilings, large windows, an open floor plan, and a large land lot. The interior space is quite modern in character, while the owners have been able to make the most of old elements such as ceiling beams, diluting them with cozy vintage furniture. Beautiful house!
