When the owners of this early 20th century townhouse approached designer Michael Hilal, their main wish was to create effortless interiors. Although the interior space boasted exquisite historical details, the windows in the house are not very large, so there is not much light coming in. The designers solved the main task with the help of light colors, which are dominated by pastel shades, and which was diluted with natural stone and wood. As a result, the space is really imbued with lightness and tranquility, without losing its 100-year-old charm.
