Bold shades and stylish design in iconic building in Copenhagen

The residential complex New Christiansborg is one of the most expressive and recognizable among all the historical buildings of the center of Copenhagen. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, its red brick facade and graceful lines are reminiscent of Renaissance architecture. When designer Kristoffer Brems saw the advertisements for the apartment sale in this house, he did not doubt for a minute – such an opportunity to touch history does not fall out every day. The new owner treated the classic heritage of the interiors as carefully as possible, at the same time giving it a stylish and sometimes quite bold modern look.
