Restrained modern, but comfortable and warm – this is how the interiors of this historic brownstone in New Jersey turned out. The designers decided not to recreate the classic stucco and moldings that had been lost during many previous renovations, but to concentrate on clean lines and a calm yet elegant modern design. Interestingly, the project was completed just before the coronavirus pandemic, so the host family spent the lockdown time in this beautiful house with great pleasure. Cool modern design!
