This house on the very edge of Long Island has one of the most unusual forms we have ever seen. In fact, it consists of two small buildings connected by a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. This choice of architects is not accidental, because the clients really wanted to get the most out of wonderful 360-degree views. It was decided to design the living room just inside this walk-through terrace – 2 of the 4 walls in it are made of glass, which can be removed in the warm season, creating the effect of living under on the open air.
