This waterfront home on San Juan Island, Washington was built over 30 years ago and was in dire need of a major renovation. The interiors were not only old-fashioned and dark, but technically things were not at all rosy. But we must pay tribute to The Residence Bureau studio, whose designers did not start to redo everything for the sake of popular modern trends, but tried to bring the authentic interiors of a wooden cottage back to life. It turned out very charning and cozy!
