Wall art and Parisian toches: composer’s townhouse in New York

Jonathan Sheffer is a famous American composer who has written music for many famous Hollywood films. He and his family recently moved from a trendy Manhattan apartment to their own townhouse near Gramercy Park. Jonathan asked designer Robert Couturier to keep most of the furniture and decor from his previous home, as he wanted ‘to take his past with him.’ Indeed, the interiors of his house seem to be timeless – decorated in a modern classic style with touches of Parisian charm.
