California home inspired by Mediterranean design

Designer Sarah Solis from Malibu, California called her recent project Mediterranean Revival – it’s easy to guess that it was inspired by the traditional design and architecture of Old Europe’s southern parts. And the point here is primarily in the atmosphere: rooms with cealing beams, various antique details, bright tiles, checkerboard floors in many rooms and a characteristic patio with a fountain near the house. But, of course, there is a lot from American style in the interiors, primarily furniture and small decor. We can admit that such a mix turned out to be beautiful and cozy!
