The owners of this house in the suburbs of Oslo approached designer Fredrik Dorum Bull saying: “Hey, we bought a 100-year-old house and we need to do something with it!” The family sensed great potential in a beautiful traditional building, but they did not have a clear vision for renovation, so they needed the help of a specialist. Fredrik, surprisingly, did not started to recreate the historical country atmosphere in the house, but rather offered a sophisticated modern interpretation for the interiors, which can easily be imagined in chic city apartments.
