Aesthetic shapes and cozy tones: beautiful house in Michigan

This Michigan home with an incredibly beautiful classic facade was built in the 1930s and owned by the same family almost all the time – you can see how much love and soulfulness is in every line and detail. A few years ago, designer Jean Stoffer bought the house as an investment, but managed to turn the mansion into a true timeless design gem. The house has retained its historic bones: elegant moldings, decoration of door and window openings, spacious rooms. Restrained but elegant furniture (including vintage) and decor, well-chosen by designers, fit perfectly into this classic base. The work with color deserves special praise – the shades are unusual and interesting, but warm and cozy – they perfectly emphasize the aesthetics of this design!
