When Elle editor Josephine Kant first saw this apartment in central Stockholm, she was skeptical, to say the least. The premises were at the initial stage of renovation, and Josephine understood that the project needed a large investment of time and money. But the proximity to the park and the high ceilings of the old house still persuaded her to buy, and she did not regret it. The repair process really took a lot of time, but relatives helped a lot with the work (everyone in her family loves to do something with their own hands), so the result turned out to be so sincere and cozy. Simple living with lots of love!
