Concrete walls and open space: loft in Sweden (43 sqm)

This small apartment in a former factory in Sweden is essentially a concrete cube with large windows and metal beams. Pure loft space! The space is completely open, only the bathroom is separated from the rest of the apartment with plywood partitions. The kitchen here is quite small, but in this home, they do not cool often. Interestingly, the designers did not place the bedroom on the mezzanine (although the height of the ceilings easily allows it), but simply designed a sleeping place deep inside the apartment. Great bachelor pad!

Хоч ця будівля й виглядає як інженерний корпус радянського заводу, це не колишня фабрика, а повністю новий будинок.
