Long gone are the days when it was believed that an apartment on the first floor is the least prestigious and attractive housing option. Our today’s home is the result of combining two small spaces on the ground floor of a residential building on the outskirts of Goteborg – now it’s a stylish and interesting living space with some very noticeable benefits. Firstly, the apartment has its own separate entrance – just like in a private house. And also a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture, immersed in greenery. What a lovely home!
