This Melbourne home has a quite typical Australian profile: a beautiful historic facade of the last century, a spacious modern extension in the backyard with glass walls, a trendy minimalist design of the updated interiors. But it’s all in the details, of course. The house itself was built in the 1930s in Georgian revival style of red brick, so from the street it even seems like a London home. There are almost no classical details left in the interiors, but even those few fit perfectly into the sophisticated modern design and give it important historical touches. Great project!
