Bright modern apartment in gorgeous 12th century palazzo in Genoa

The owners of this magnificent apartment in Genoa don’t even need to go to a museum – the ceilings and walls of most rooms here are painted with real frescoes. The apartment is located in a luxurious 12th-century palazzo in the city center, where everything is steeped in deep history and art. When the owners, a couple of architects, first came to the apartment, it was almost a ruin, but with the help of bright modern design and respect for the heritage, they managed to give a second life to this unique space.
