Stone cottage in Sydney

It is perhaps difficult to imagine a young family living in a restrained old mansion, however, this stylish cottage breaks all stereotypes. Morris Selvatico breathed new life into this Sydney sandstone home. Stone walls and cracks give age to the house, but black floors and a modern kitchen and bathroom return us to the present. The color scheme is classic: combinations of black and white and natural shades of sand and wood prevail. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a window, which in combination is also a bar counter with beautiful vintage chairs. Designers decided to place a study and a bedroom for guests in a separate small building, where you can get by going through a backyard, buried in verdure. It turned out to be a small and cozy house, stylish and with traditions.
