As you have already noticed, we just adore hotels in beautiful historic houses, because they seem to tell a fascinating story about the magnificent past of a single family or even of a whole city. The Cotton House Hotel, which opened recently, occupies an incredibly beautiful building of the former Cotton and Textile Fund, one of the most important architectural monuments of Barcelona. When you step inside the hotel, the eyes begin to diverge from the number of artworks in design: paintings, sculptures, furniture, decoration – you can wander around the rooms for hours, examining every detail. At the same time, the rooms are for the most part calm and restrained in terms of decor, though also not without a twist.

Действительно красиво. Хочется пожить в этом отеле, не торопясь все рассмотреть и насладиться этим визуальным пиршеством. Номера при этом не напрягают избыточностью. Умно.
