The main wishes by the owners of this apartment of 88 sqm in Moscow was to create interior that would not go out of fashion with time: classic, but not bland, of natural materials, but not too minimalistic. Designer Nadia Zotova created a design in gray-beige tones with a splash of mustard, olive and purple for young family. The apartment has a living room combined with a kitchen, there is a bedroom, an office and a spacious bathroom. Despite the elegance of this space, it is very functional: the designer has provided a lot of storage space – the built-in wardrobes in the corridor are so well embedded in the wall that they are hardly noticeable, and the island in the kitchen accommodates household appliances and dishes. Some pieces of furniture, such as a bookcase and TV stand, were made to order specifically for this project. Here there are elements of different styles and eras, and the color scheme and beautiful details make the interiors look both conservative and extraordinary.
