На фасаде дома и в квартире совершенно разные окна. Неужели шведы тоже любят “потемкинские деревни” и квартира с более простыми окнами выходит окнами во двор)) или это другой дом?
Видно же на фото, что все окна квартиры выходя во двор! И с чего Вы взяли, что главный и дворовый фасады должны выглядеть одинаково? Раньше в домах были парадные и “чёрные” лестницы (для прислуги). А этот дом никак не похож на новостройку.
