Ground floor and second light: unique loft in Stockholm (90 sqm)

The uniqueness of this apartment in Stockholm is in its past. A few decades ago here was a factory of musical instruments, which gave this apartment high ceilings and large display windows. It is thanks to the height of the ceilings that now there is a mezzanine with an home office, a mini library and a small seating area. It is interesting that the apartment is located on the ground flor, so that the owners can watch passing cars and pedestrians on the same level with themselves. Really unique home!
