Thyme Hotel is located in the heart of provincial England, in the Cotswolds, where thousands of tourists come every year to see “that England”. The hotel has several buildings at once: the main mansion, cottages, a farm – everything is dated to the 17th century. The current owners reconstructed the complex in 2002. Now there are 31 rooms, each is decorated in its own way, with English flowers and plants as the inspiration for the interior design. In addition, there is a restaurant, a bar, a pub, a culinary school and a spa. And that’s not counting the amazing views of the local fields and hills. An ideal place to dive into the culture and history of the country, besides, the road from London will take only a couple of hours.
