How to get the most out of a small space: compact apartment in Madrid

Apartments like this one on the top floor in a building in the center of Madrid are always a challenge for designers. Inconvenient layout of a 50-sqm space, small windows, dilapidated walls and almost unrealistic request of the owner to create 2 separate bedrooms. But with the right approach and with the hands of good specialists, almost everything is possible – proved by the example of this project. Of course, the interiors turned out to be quite compact, and the rooms are small, but the apartment is very functional and comfortable. Great option for a temporary home!

Очень заинтересовал стол обеденный ,без ножек, как бы ” врезанный” в основание плиты …. ( Если я не ошиблась)
