This house was built at the beginning of the 20th century in the architecture of colonial revival in one of the most beautiful and prestigious areas of Chicago. But the interiors were not as good as the appearance of the house, because they did not meet the wishes for the style and comfort level of their new owners – a young family with children. Designer Pernille Lind carefully worked out the updated layout, opening the main spaces in the house as much as possible, and also added touches of European design to the interiors – the family lived in Europe for a long time and wanted to surround themselves with such aesthetics in the USA. It turned out to be light, bright, cozy home.
