This Utah country home is a gathering place for a huge family. The designer was challenged to create a cozy and practical home so that the owners could come here all year round: for fishing in the summer and skiing in the winter. The choice was made in favor of a mix of modern country style and alpine chalet aesthetics: lots of wood, natural fabrics, a combination of gray and sand shades. Everything in the house is designed for the needs of a large family: a long dining table, a kitchen with a huge stove and a children’s room that resembles a summer camp bedroom. For parents – an equipped bar, and for the younger generation – a games room in the basement. It seems to be the perfect option for a really big family!
