Designer’s wooden cottage with interiors in dark tones in Perm, Russia (240 sqm)

When Ksenia Fedoseeva first saw this wooden cottage in the Perm region, Russia, she immediately realized that she had to make it her home. And even though it was not finished, not completely painted, the designer was attracted by the monumentality and beauty of the building. First, the new owner replaced the small windows with panoramic ones, thereby letting in a huge amount of natural light. By the way, this decision helped the designer in her old dream – to create a chamber and a bit mysterious space in dark colors – and thanks to the large windows, the interiors do not look gloomy at all. In fairness, it is worth noting that the furniture is chosen mostly of light shades, so there are many soft contrasts in the house. How do you like this design of a wooden house?
