Bed on the podium and red sofa: student’s apartment in St. Petersburg (75 sqm)

This home was created for the student, therefore practicality and minimalism, as well as the presence of a bright accent were the main requirements of the client. The last one turned out to be a red velvet sofa in the living room – it looks really cool against the background of a generally calm, neutral space. The apartment is conveniently divided into a common and a private area, while all technical areas are conveniently hidden in closets.
