Wallpaper, flea market finds and antique furniture: wonderful 1920s cottage in Sweden

When Jasmine and her husband bought this old 1920s cottage in Sweden in 2016, it didn’t look like their dream home at all. Previous owners did not try hard to preserve its unique features, as there was almost nothing left inside that would remind of the glorious past of this house. But the beautiful, albeit shabby facade allowed them to see great potential, which is why they agreed to the purchase. The process of bringing the house back to life was not quick, but the family really put their whole soul into it. Wallpaper, finds from flea markets and antique furniture – this is a simple recipe for their cozy nest!
