Traditional island living and stylish design: boutique hotel in Menorca

The name Amagatay that this villa on the island of Menorca bears is translated from the local dialect as ‘secret place’, and this is the idea that its owners tried to embody in the updated interior design. The old 19th-century farm is literally immersed in the greenery of olive groves, and its traditional stone facade has hardly changed over the past 100 years. And the villa’s interiors are also not devoid of signature Mediterranean charm, although some stylish elements of modern design have given them more showiness and comfort. Beautiful place for summer holidays!
