This compact modern home is ideally set in the rolling suburb of Auckland, New Zealand’s capital. From the front entrance, the house looks rather modest – all because its lower floor with bedrooms is hidden from prying eyes. On the other hand, the panoramic windows of the house overlook the picturesque green landscapes of the city – the architects really took the maximum from the location. The interiors are laconic and modern, warm wood is stylishly combined with strict concrete and dark surfaces. Great design!
