This magnificent 17th-century Jacobean manor was in good condition, but several previous renovations had obscured much of its historic charm. Designer Nicola Harding successfully worked with its interiors, rediscovering all the classic splendor of this unique house and making it as comfortable as possible for the owner’s family. For these purposes, she even had to make a new zoning – for example, instead of the old kitchen there is now a moody library, while the former living room gave way to a bright and spacious kitchen with access to the garden. Wonderful living!
