Elina and her husband learned about the renovation of a 1908 magnificent historic villa in the center of Copenhagen from Instagram – they were attracted by the project and the opportunity to live in a building with such history. The couple decided to take a risk and applied to rent an apartment on the top floor, although it was hard to believe in success – in total, about 100 families applied for this home too. The greater their surprise was when a few days later the owners called them and informed them that they had been chosen as the winners of the competition. Now the couple is enjoying life in a unique space with beams and stylish design in the heart of their beloved city.
