Despite the size of this charming apartment in Toronto (only 50 sqm), the owners did not sacrifice either the beauty or the convenience. First, there are lots of storage spaces, and the most important of them is a magnificent media wall with built-in TV and even an electric fireplace! In addition, the interiors are so stylish and exquisite – a black and white base and elegant moldings played an important role. Interestingly, the apartment has even elements of loft style: concrete surfaces and almost 5 meters high ceilings. Great tiny home!

Not everyone can decide on a completely black walls at home. Especially in the bedroom, where, as a rule, we all expect to see light and unobtrusive shades. If you ever had a chance to visit the Mediterranean coast of Spain or France, then you will easily recognize the cozy features of this particular style in the exterior of this stunning villa in Los Angeles. That is because the owners have a big passion for old Europe and its architecture, so they approached William Hefner studio with a request to build a house that would reflect this. The interiors were also inspired by European design, although this is rather the modern American modern. In any case, the home looks simply beautiful!
