Glass walls and beautiful water views – this modern home is located on the bay in Washington state and on holidays is a rather unusual and interesting sight. The color scheme here almost everywhere is white and red with insignificant inserts of green – again, to create a feeling of a snow-covered landscape in the absence of snow outside the window. And there is also a very beautiful terrace right above the water, and it is also in New Year’s decoration. Enjoy watching!
This is such an idyllic family home in Sweden. Festive decor so harmoniously blended with the Scandinavian design that almost every photo can be printed and signed “this is how a real family Christmas should look like.” But the most beautiful thing about all of this is that the owners made many decorations with their own hands. Bravo!
Despite the rapid development of modern technologies and new technical construction possibilities, people still continue to move from the city to the province and restore old houses. This farmhouse is almost 300 years old, but one Swedish family found it attractive to make it their country home, and lovingly repaired it. At the same time, the new owners tried to preserve the spirit of the past as much as possible, adding only a couple of modern interior pieces. Isn’t it beautiful?
Christmas is first and foremost a light and bright holiday and we are all used to a matching decor, but who said that the festive interior cannot be decorated in dark colors? But working with a dark scheme is not always easy, so today we have a large selection of such interiors by talented English photographer Polly Wreford for your inspiration. Enjoy watching!
